U.S. government warns domestic violence threat to midterm elections

With a little over a week to go until the midterm elections, the U.S. government is warning of a “heightened threat” of domestic violence against candidates. It follows an attack on the husband of the Speaker of the House.

In the meantime, last-minute campaigning has not stopped as Democrats scramble to keep control of Congress.
