The U.S. state of Wisconsin is considered to be a so-called swing state. 

In the 2016 Presidential elections, Republican candidate Donald Trump triumphed, only for voters to switch to Democratic candidate Joe Biden in 2020, albeit by a narrow margin.  

One group that is expected to hold a key voice in the upcoming elections are Black voters.
