For the next two weeks, some 120 heads of states and government will gather in the Egyptian city of Sharm El-Sheikh to decide the next steps in fighting climate change.
The Conference of the Parties, or COP, are annual conferences to discuss and negotiate climate change policies, strategies and vision for the future. And countries are now pushing for climate justice.
Joining the discussion:
- Daniel Kreeger is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Association of Climate Change Officers.
- Changhua Wu is CEO of the Beijing Future Innovation Center.
- Mohammed Mahmoud is Director of the Climate and Water Program at the Middle East Institute.
- Carlos Joly is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Campinas, in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
