Wild and unpredictable winter weather slams California

World Today

The normally dry and sunny state of California is facing what weather forecasters say is a “relentless parade of cyclones over the coming days.”

At least 14 people have died since the severe storms hit last week causing mudslides and power outages.

Police also continue to search for a five-year-old boy who was swept away by floodwaters.
