U.S. Northeast experiencing “snow drought”

Global Business

Much of the U.S. Northeast is in the middle of what’s being called a snow drought. New York City even broke a record on February 1, for its latest ‘first’ snowfall of the season since records began being kept more than 150 years ago.

The unusual weather is impacting regional business owners and residents alike, with environmental experts warning the lack of snow is a sign of climate change.
