President Xi Jinping describes China’s relationship with Russia as vigorous, healthy and stable with potential for even deeper cooperation. 

The Chinese head of state is in Moscow for a three-day state visit that included in-depth talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Tuesday. They signed agreements to expand their strategic partnership and economic cooperation.
