Climate change, food security and financial “architecture”, the policies connecting banks and other financial institutions. These were key issues discussed at a major summit in the Dominican Republic. 

Leaders from across Latin America gathered in Santo Domingo for the 28th Ibero-American Summit. Over the weekend, delegations from 22 Spanish and Portuguese-speaking nations agreed on four proposals under this year’s theme: “Together for a fair and sustainable Ibero-America.”
