Can China-U.S. relations be improved and stabilized?
The China-U.S. relationship has taken some major hits in recent years and there are serious questions about where it is headed. That has caused some prominent Americans to publish an open letter to U.S. President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping calling on leadership in both countries to work closely on stabilizing bilateral relations.
Former U.S. Senator and vice-presidential nominee Joe Lieberman is one of those who added his name to the letter.
