Some LA clothing workers earn less than $2 an hour

A recent investigation by the U.S. Labor Department found scores of manufacturers in the Los Angeles Fashion District were underpaying their workers.

Most of the employees did not have a legal permit to work in the United States. Some were getting paid about a dollar and a half an hour.

Ediz Tiyansan reports on the investigation and what it means for the garment industry.
