China pushes back against harsh rhetoric from G7 nations. 

The Chinese Foreign Ministry said on Saturday that it lodged a strong protest to G7 summit host Japan and other relevant parties after the group pointed fingers at China on a number of topics. The ministry said the G7 smeared and attacked China brazenly interfering in the country’s internal affairs.
