Colorado case seeks to make Trump ineligible to be on state’s primary ballot

Former U.S. President Donald Trump continues to lead all polls of 2024 Republican presidential candidates. But there’s a legal challenge to his name appearing on some state ballots next year, because of his role in the January 6th, 2021 insurrection. One court trial dealing with that issue is taking place in Colorado.
