Audrey Siek

Audrey Siek is an on-air reporter and Line Producer for CGTN America. She was born and raised in Singapore, but has strong roots in Hong Kong, where her mother is from.

Siek Graduated from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University with Masters of Science in Broadcast and Digital Journalism. She speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Besides hosting the China 24 segment Digital Hub that focuses on social media in China, Audrey also monitors social media around the world.

She also creates new content specifically for the web.

Audrey covers daily global news stories, whether it’s through a news package or a news bulletin she line produces.

She has helped set editorial vision for CGTN’s coverage of major news events and productions: including the death of Singapore Founding Father Lee Kuan Yew, and Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to the U.S. in 2017.
