A strong relationship at times strained. The United States and Brazil have been trying to mend ties, ever since it was revealed that the U-S was spying on President Dilma Rousseff. A new chapter has started as Rousseff met President Barack Obama here in Washington. Both sides say the meeting symbolizes a re-launch of relations. CCTV’s Roee Ruttenberg filed this report.
