Demand is growing around the world for vegan and eco-friendly products. From the food we eat, down to the shoes that take us where we need to go. That’s where a town in Mexico comes in, a footwear capital, where one company is turning away from cows, as it embraces biotechnology. CGTN’s Alasdair Baverstock reports.
