Outgoing United Nations General Assembly President Dennis Francis says he believes the organization remains one of the greatest forces for good in the world. On Tuesday, Sept. 10, Francis handed over his gavel to incoming General Assembly President and former Prime Minister of Cameroon Philemon Yang Philemon Yang. It comes at a time when the organization faces some of its biggest challenges.
