Election Commission Headquarters Attacked in Kabul

In yet another attempt to derail the upcoming Afghan presidential elections, Taliban gunmen attacked the election commission headquarters in Kabul on Saturday. The militants disguised as women and entered the nearby building and opened fire on the compound officials. All five were killed in a five-hour gun battle with the security forces. This is the third attack in the capital city in the past week.
