His name is Pau Dones and he is the lead singer of a band called “Jarabe de Palo.” The band “burst onto the scene” in 19-97 with a hit single called “La Flaca.” In English it means “The Skinny” and it’s now considered a Spanish classic. Don’es is currently on tour with his band. I had a chance to catch up with him between gigs here in Washington. In the past.
