Chinese President Xi Jinping stops in Cuba for the final leg of his four-nation visit to Latin America.
He was greeted by Cuban First Vice President Miguel Diaz-Canel and held talks with Raul Castro to exchange views over issues of common concern and to draw up a blueprint for the future development of China-Cuba relations. The two sides signed cooperation documents covering economy, trade, agriculture, bio-technology, culture and education.
China is Cuba’s second-largest trade partner after Venezuela.
