Security has been stepped up against the Ebola virus at Ethiopia’s main airport, but Ethiopia Airlines will continue flights into Nigeria.
Ethiopia Airlines says the chance of Ebola spreading on a plane is quite low. It does not fly to Liberia, Sierra Leone or Guinea.
Everyone coming into the capital, Addis Ababa, from West Africa is being check at a special quarantine center at the airport. The capital has also set up an isolation ward at one of the main hospitals, in preparation for the worst.
