It was five months ago – when the leaders of the United States and Cuba announced a new effort to restore diplomatic relations. That meant re-opening embassies for the first time in more than half-a-century. But, in the time that’s passed, critics say not much has actually been accomplished. Some say it’s simply a matter of quiet diplomacy going on behind the scenes. Others says it’s a sign of unanticipated consequences. CCTV America’s Michael Voss filed this report.
