Cuba has one of the lowest levels of internet penetration in the world and for those who can get access, connections are slow and expensive. Most computers there are old and much of the software is pirated due to the U.S. trade embargo. Cuba has plenty of well-educated young software developers, web designers, accountants and translators. Now some of them are selling their skills long distance. CCTV’s Michael Voss filed this report from Havana.
