CCTV America’s Rachelle Akuffo sat down with Telle Whitney, CEO at the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology, to discuss how some of the biggest tech companies are trying to recruit more women.

Akuffo asked One More Question about what advice Whitney would give companies to create a more welcoming environment, in order to bring more women into the tech field.

“The most important aspect that women are looking for is flexibility,” Whitney said, and also talked about how universities in the United States are trying to help by starting in the classroom.
