A young rocket propulsion enthusiast in Cape Town South Africa has an innovative design for a new rocket system that was chosen by the International Astronautical Federation.

25 year old Leon Africa traveled to Israel recently to present his work to peers, industry stakeholders and aeronautical professionals. The aspiring rocket scientist felt the experience capped a somewhat long journey to reach among the stars.
