American businessman Donald Trump wins Nevada caucus for US president

American real estate mogul Donald Trump is one step closer to securing the Republican Party nomination for the White House.

Trump easily won a caucus of Party members in the U.S. State of Nevada, capturing more than 45 percent of the vote. It is his third win in a row.
It comes just days before 15 states are due to take part in the crucial Super Tuesday primaries.

Latino voters could play a pivotal role in this year’s US presidential race

Nevada is one of a handful of so-called “battleground” states, that experts believe could decide this year’s U.S. election.
Like many states, sharply divided between the competing political parties, it has a significant population of Hispanics. Latino voters could also play a pivotal role this year.
