South Korean Defense Ministry says DPRK launched a missile but failed, reports state media

Breaking news from the Korean peninsula, where it’s reported an attempt by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea to launch a missile has failed.

That’s according to media reports from the Republic of Korea.
