Eid al-Fitr festival in India

Muslims around the world are celebrating Eid al-Fitr. It is a three-day festival, which begins after the sighting of a new crescent moon. It marks the end of the fasting month of Ramadan during which devout Muslims abstain from food and drink from dawn to dusk.
