Sometimes simple is best. This tangy and refreshing lemonade is not-too-sweet and delightfully fragrant. A pitcher of it will disappear rather quickly on a hot summer afternoon.
- 6 lemons, juiced
- 120 mL (1/2 cup) honey
- 2 drops lavender essential oil
- Ice water, 2.5 L (about 10 cups)
- Lavender sprigs (optional)
- Lemon slices or peel twists (optional)
Combine lemon juice, honey, and lavender oil in a large pitcher.
Add water to dilute to taste.
Pour over ice in your favorite glasses and garnish with lemon slices/peel twists and lavender sprigs.
