Hobart, New York is a town in the Catskill Mountains with a population of around 400 people. As with many areas in upstate New York, big companies and entire industries have vanished over the years, and jobs are scarce. Hobart wasn’t spared, but the good people there came up with an idea to save their little town. And their saviors were books.
