In the business world, there are few sure bets, but winemaking may be close.
Since 1994, the trend in the United States has been positive with prices going up along with increased volumes.
While those figures are encouraging, in recent years, visits to wineries on average have been dropping.
Some wineries have determined if the consumers won’t come to the winery perhaps the answer is to bring the winery to the consumer.
