In the latest round of ongoing trade talks between the United States and China, United States Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin are traveling to Beijing.
In meetings this week, the Trump administration’s trade representatives will meet with their counterparts in an effort to move closer to finalizing the trade deal between the world’s two largest economies.
There is set to be a follow-up visit to the United States by a Chinese trade delegation at the beginning of May.
