China to donate additional $30M to WHO

China will donate another $30 million to the World Health Organization, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang said at a daily media briefing on Thursday.

The donation will be for helping to build the health systems in developing countries.

China previously donated $20 million in March to the WHO to support international cooperation in fighting the outbreak of COVID-19 and to help developing countries improve their response capacities.
