Businesses across the U.S. are on hiring spree as COVID-19 restrictions continue to ease and the economic recovery gathers pace. 

Job openings are now up at record levels, but many employers are struggling to find people to fill those roles. Infections rates may be dropping but the pandemic continues to impact the country’s labor market.
