Nearly 60 million people across Latin America are currently not getting enough to eat, according to a recent United Nations report.

In Brazil, the region’s largest and most populous country, the number of people enduring hunger is dramatic.

Against this backdrop, a Christmas food donation campaign, the biggest ever, got underway to help millions in need.
