U.S. Supreme Court to hear challenges to college affirmative action

For decades the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that colleges can consider race among other factors in admissions to create a diverse campus.

But two cases that are headed for a hearing at the highest court argue affirmative action hurts Asian-Americans.
