The Covid-19 pandemic created a turbulent economic climate that saw many U.S. businesses struggle to make ends meet, including those in the restaurant industry. So it must have come as a surprise to some in Washington D.C. to see the opening of a new Vietnamese restaurant.
However, with a little bit of luck during difficult times, the “Moon Rabbit” restaurant would ultimately prevail and give Washington D.C. a unique and spectacular taste of Vietnam.
