Legions of American companies are operating and doing business in China and vice-versa. Inflation, mass tech layoffs, the conflict in Ukraine, and the strained relationship between Beijing and Washington are having an impact.

The China General Chamber of Commerce, an entity that assists Chinese companies in the U.S., delivered its annual report on how its businesses are faring.
