As of May 11, COVID-19 is no longer seen as a public health emergency in the United States.

But its impact is still being felt in the commercial real estate market, as many Americans have adopted a a new work culture that reduces the need to be in an office.

As a result, many big cities are left with vacant office spaces, and that is having a negative impact on the economy.
