San Andres and Providencia are two Colombian Islands in the Caribbean Sea. Tourists travel from around the world…to experience this tropical paradise.  But in November 2020, Hurricanes Eta and Iota destroyed or damaged most of their infrastructure.  And it’s been challenging to recover.
