Ballet is not accessible to everyone in Peru. However, in the Peruvian capital, Lima, one retired dancer has set out to change that. She has made it her goal to bring the revered art form to girls from families who could not afford the classes and those who were considered unable to dance. CGTN’s Dan Collyns reports.
