Peru is constructing a new megaport with help from the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative. The Chinese state-owned company Cosco Shipping has said that the new megaport, which is located 60 kilometers north of the Peruvian capital, is nearly halfway through its construction. It aims to start operations by the end of 2024. CGTN’s Dan Collyns reports from Peru.
