“Our food is a fusion menu that brings together the best of the gastronomies of what immigrants brought to this country,” Peter Schechter, Co-founder of Immigrant Food, said. 

“Immigrant Food” restaurant is located near the White House in Washington, D.C., aiming to fight for social justice through food. Schechter said they want to convey the message that immigrants are critical for the growth of the United States.
