Hollywood writers approve new contract

Hollywood writers’ union announced the ratification of a new labor contract with a 99% approval rate. Members of the Writers Guild of America had been on a historic strike that lasted 148 days.

And despite the historic gains they’ve made in their new labor contract, many are going through job anxiety, at a time when Hollywood actors still continue with their own strike.
