The United Nations Climate Conference just wrapped up in Dubai. And agriculture came into focus along with the role livestock production and consumption play in climate change. 

As part of its sustainability development goals, the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization released a new report at COP28 delivering a global roadmap to achieve sustainability targets.
