Venezuelans concerned over return of U.S. oil sanctions

The United States has announced it will reimpose oil sanctions against Venezuela, collapsing expected growth projections for 2024. The U.S. decision has caused concern among local merchants who are worried that they will see their incomes diminished. Correspondent Mary Triny Mena has more details from Caracas.
