San Francisco Mayor London Breed recently returned from a week-long trip to China in April, where she visited Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. Her delegation was there for business, culture and to mark the 45th anniversary of a sister city relationship between San Francisco and Shanghai.
