Competition in equity trading is about to heat up. A group of investors backed by BlackRock have announced that they plan to launch a new stock exchange in the Lone Star State. The Texas Stock Exchange is meant to rival the dominance of the New York market, but as Toni Waterman explains, not everyone is convinced.
