Louisiana community recovers from Francine

World Today

More than 38,000 homes and businesses across the U.S. state of Louisiana remained without power on Saturday, Sept. 14, three days after Francine slammed the Gulf Coast as a Category-2 hurricane.

No fatalities from the storm have been reported, but as Toni Waterman reports, the storm damage is significant – especially in communities still in recovery mode from previous hurricanes.
