China and Cuba have long shared common ties dating back to the mid 1800s when Chinese immigrants first began arriving on the island nation for work. The result was the creation of a vibrant Chinatown community in Havana. More than 175 years later, that rich culinary and cultural heritage is being showcased in New York through the vision of one culinary artist. CGTN’s Karina Mitchell introduces us.
