Study: Infant mortality increased in the U.S. after abortion ban

New research shows that infant mortality in the U.S. worsened after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the federal right to an abortion in the Dobbs decision of 2022. Since then, more than 20 states have implemented bans or restrictions on the medical procedure and hundreds of more American babies are now dying.
