A measles outbreak linked to unvaccinated children in West Texas is taking a worrying turn, even infecting those who have been vaccinated, according to public health officials.

The outbreak comes as America’s top health official – Robert F. Kennedy Jr. – vows to review the country’s vaccination schedule.
